Colne Medical Centre serves the whole of Brightlingsea as well as its surrounding villages and has a branch at Alresford. Our team includes 5 GPs, 2 Senior Nurses, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist as well as our Practice Manager, administration and reception staff.

Registering is easy with online pre-registration forms also available and appointment slots to suit most patients’ timetables. You’ll enjoy a confidential service in comfortable surroundings from a helpful and dedicated team.
When registering with the practice you will be allocated a named, accountable GP who is responsible for your overall care at the practice. Please contact the practice if you wish to know who this is.
If you have a preference as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.

The surgery is registered as from the 1st April 2013 with the Care Quality Commission.The Colne Medical Centre was inspected in October 2016.

The Friends and Family Test is about giving patients the opportunity to provide quick feedback on their care and treatment experience.
