As you may be aware the practice lift has been out of order for some time, unfortunately there has been an eight week wait for delivery which has caused great inconvenience for patients.

I am pleased to say that a new lift is being installed in the week beginning 15th May, this is a large project and is going to cause disruption to services.

During this week there will be no open surgery, all appointments will be a telephone consultation in the first instance with patients only being called into the practice by the GP if a physical examination is necessary. Appointments will be available to book online/via the NHS App and by calling reception on 01206 302522 from 08:30 daily.

If you have an appointment with the nurse or healthcare assistant, please not arrive early for your appointment as the waiting area will not be in use.

Additional clinics with the nursing team and healthcare assistants have been added at the Alresford branch.

The main doors to the practice will not be in use, other than for contractors, and the main reception area will be closed. You will be advised to use the rear entrance of the building where a member of the reception team will be able to assist you.

Your patience during this week would be much appreciated as the practice keeps services running through the disruption.
