From Monday 4th July 2022 the walk-in open access service will resume at the Brightlingsea branch.
To access this service, you will need to present at reception from 08.30; you will be asked by the reception team to indicate the reason for your visit, this is so that they can book you with the most appropriate clinician which may be a GP, Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic or Physiotherapist.
Once these clinics have reached capacity you will be offered alternative appointments where available or you have the option of returning on a different day.
Alongside the walk-in service, you will still be able to book either same day or advance telephone consultations by calling the reception team, asking at the reception desk or using online services.
Afternoon clinics will be a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations based on patient’s choice, these will be available to book online or via the reception teams.
Alresford clinics will not be affected by these changes.
Patient safety is at the heart of our practice and for this reason we ask that you wear a mask when in the practice.
Our aim is to offer more choice and accessibility for all our patients, we thank you for making changes with us in the last two years and for your patience and support.
